I ordered the arrangement shown above for my daughter’s birthday. It is called pink velvet.
The flowers were delivered timely, but not what I ordered. The arrangement was beautiful but not what I ordered. No ribbon / bow around the pink velvet box and you can see the arrangement delivered. My daughter didn’t know the difference - she just thought it was a beautiful arrangement. I’m just disappointed I didn’t get what I ordered. I gave 4 stars because the flowers were fresh and beautiful. Not a 5 star because it wasn’t what I ordered.

My ex-mother-in-law said the arrangement was absolutely stunning! She was also very impressed with the delivery person, who was incredibly kind and helped her get the flowers set up. She's elderly and really appreciated the extra care and attention, it meant a lot to her. You do an outstanding job every year and I'm appreciative of the email reminders! thank you!

It was my pleasure for some reason we had the wrong address by one door, so I had to call her we need to correct that
